• "Services" refers to all offerings by Omny ACS, including but not limited to memberships, subscriptions, digital tools, and other marketing-related services.
• "Memberships" and "Subscriptions" refer to recurring plans or packages purchased by users for access to specified services or benefits.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our services.
• "We," "us," or "our" refers to Omny ACS, a [DBA] of Alacrity Consulting Services, LLC.

To use our services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Agree to abide by these Terms.

3.1 Membership Plans
• Memberships provide access to exclusive benefits, resources, and tools as specified at the time of purchase.
• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled.

3.2 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled by the user.

3.3 Cancellation Policy
• Users may cancel memberships or subscriptions at any time via their account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions.

3.4 Payment
• Payments for memberships and subscriptions are due in advance and billed as per the plan selected.
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

3.5 Changes to Plans
• We reserve the right to modify membership and subscription benefits, pricing, or terms with prior notice to users.
• Users will have the option to accept changes or cancel their subscription.

• You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You must not share your account credentials or provide unauthorized access to your membership or subscription benefits.

• All content, tools, and materials provided by Omny ACS are the intellectual property of Omny ACS or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omny ACS will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to memberships, subscriptions, or other services for violations of these Terms, including:
• Non-payment of fees.
• Unauthorized use of our content or tools.
• Conduct that harms our business, reputation, or other users.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
